If an item is damaged, has a quality or manufacturing defect, or the wrong item is sent to you, we will replace the product or issue a store credit, depending on the issue. Please email hello@azaadiarts.com within 3 days of receiving the item, with a photo of the issue upon opening the package. Any concern submitted after 3 days of delivery, will not be accepted.

Orders over 5000 rupees will receive free shipping within India.

Our shipping policy includes delivery within India for all orders, with the exception of wholesale orders which may be shipped internationally upon request. The estimated delivery time for orders within India is 7-10 working days from the date of purchase.
